The 2016 Honda Pilot came roaring into the 2015 Chicago Auto Show boasting a number of new features and functions that should make it of more eminent family-friendly appeal with a form calls to those who love to have fun.
Honda’s three-row SUV carries a slim new look in 2015, having lost as much as 300 pounds while also increasing its length by 3.5 inches. The new Pilot’s more dynamic figure, also comes with added power. It will have a strong-yet-efficient 3.5-liter i-VTEC® V6 that will be mated to either a 6-speed automatic, a first for the Pilot, or a 9-speed automatic, a first for any Honda.
On the inside, the 2016 Honda Pilot also boasts a number of technological upgrades, including up to five USB ports—four of which have 2.5-amp output—an HDMI port for gaming, two headphone jacks, an 8-inch touchscreen with Display Audio telematics interface, and available 9-inch rear entertainment system with Blu-Ray capability.
